All shipments are insured against damage by our logistics partners. Please do not accept deliveries if the package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival.

Clearance items and promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds are only provided if the product is damaged in transit. For all other eligible cases, we offer exchanges only.

Our shipping partners will coordinate the return pick-up. Please do not ship items back to us directly—we won’t be able to reimburse self-shipped returns.
